As we celebrate our 50th year in the RV industry, we’re honouring GNR founder Gil Robert by sharing his story. Gil had a passion for camping that began in the 50s. In 1970, he discovered a need for an RV Service Centre when his trailer insurance company informed him that nobody could complete his repairs. He opened his first RV Service Centre in 1971 with his cousin and brother under the name of GNR Sportsland Centre Ltd. in old St. Boniface. Since then, GNR has partnered with over 73 independent dealers to ensure you’re cared for wherever adventure takes you.
